Interstate Freight Transport Services: The 6-Step Process

  1. Get your interstate freight transport quote from us, either by requesting it online or by phoning (03) 9768 3434.
  2. Complete and submit your interstate freight transport order form – and we’ll schedule your interstate transport services and assign a driver.
  3. One of our professional staff members will contact you to organise your freight pick-up time and date.
  4. The person releasing the freight completes and signs a freight condition report; a copy of which travels with the freight.
  5. The driver calls 12-24 hours in advance to notify you of freight’s arrival. The freight is inspected upon reaching its destination and prior to its release.
  6. The person receiving the freight signs our consignment note; a copy of which is left with that person.
